Dressy Causal. We recommend women to wear a summer dress, skirt or chinos with a blouse. Men to wear chinos with a button up shirt or polo.

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Think spring! We also recommend wearing appropriate footwear to walk up a gravel uphill path.

We are so excited for all of our favorite people to experience Sundance! Please arrive around 3:30pm to allow time to park, take the ski lift up to our ceremony location, followed by a short uphill walk to your seat. Don't forget to enjoy the view on the way up!

All day guests will have complimentary parking in Lot A, C, D or E. There is a free shuttle that runs daily from the top parking lot and will bring guests back down to the village. We encourage guests to allow extra time to park and ride the shuttle. Paid valet parking is available on select nights and weekends.

we're so glad you want to capture our special day as much as we do! however, we kindly ask that you keep your phones silenced or turned off during our ceremony. we are happy to send any photos our photographer captures at your request!

we will have selected a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. when submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

While we love and adore your littles, we have chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our wedding festivities. Thank you for your support and understanding!

to ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. you'll find the details about your parties size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. we truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

We recommend finding an airbnb or hotel near Sundance or the mouth of Provo Canyon to be the most central to the festivities. Unfortunately, Sundance Mountain Resort has a corporate buyout through Friday night, so they don't have available hotel rooms until Saturday night.
